For app help, wallet transaction questions, or privacy requests, contact the support team. Support will never ask for a recovery phrase, private key, wallet passcode, one-time code, or signing payload.
Wallet access
CashifyWallet is self-custodial. We cannot see, reset, or recover your recovery phrase, private keys, passcode, or funds.
Transactions
Include the network, asset, transaction hash, and visible error message. Do not send screenshots containing secrets.
Account deletion
The core wallet does not require a CashifyWallet account. If you created a partner or developer account, contact support from the account email and request deletion.
