These terms apply to your use of CashifyWallet app, website, and related services. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Self-Custody Software

CashifyWallet provides wallet software. You are responsible for safeguarding your device, recovery phrase, private keys, passwords, and transactions. CashifyWallet cannot reverse blockchain transactions or recover lost wallet secrets.

2. No Financial Advice

Information in the app is provided for convenience and is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Crypto assets can be volatile and transactions can be irreversible.

3. Third-Party Providers

Features such as network data, RPC access, blockchain explorers, diagnostics, or optional backup and notification services may be provided by third parties. Their own terms, fees, availability, and compliance requirements may apply.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use CashifyWallet to violate law, sanctions, export controls, intellectual property rights, or third-party service rules. Some features may be unavailable in certain regions.

5. Support

Support will never ask for your recovery phrase, private keys, passwords, or signing payloads. Requests involving account data should be sent from the email associated with that account when applicable.
