Welcome to CashifyWallet. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your information when you use our self-custodial wallet application (the "App") and our website (the "Site").

1. Self-Custodial Nature

CashifyWallet is self-custodial wallet software. We do not have access to your recovery phrase, private keys, wallet passcode, or funds. Wallet secrets stay on your device unless you choose an external backup flow.

2. Information We Collect

We believe in data minimization. As a self-custodial wallet provider:

• We do not collect your private keys, recovery phrases, or passwords.
• We may process app version, operating system, device model, installation or instance identifiers, push notification tokens, product interaction events, diagnostics, crash reports, performance data, network request metadata, public wallet addresses, public blockchain transaction data, and support messages you send us.
• Public Blockchain Data: When you use CashifyWallet, your transactions are broadcasted to public blockchains. This information is public by nature and not controlled by us.

3. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party providers such as RPC nodes, blockchain explorers, supported-link infrastructure, push notification services, analytics, attribution, diagnostics, backup infrastructure, and in-app purchase providers when those features are enabled. When you interact with these services, your IP address and public transaction data may be visible to them.

4. Public Blockchain Data

Blockchain transactions are public by design. Public addresses, balances, transaction hashes, and network activity may be visible to blockchain networks, RPC providers, explorers, dApps, and counterparties.

5. App Tracking and Permissions

Camera and photo library access are used for QR code scanning and QR image import. Biometrics are used locally to unlock the wallet. The current iOS wallet profile does not require NFC tags, hardware pairing, or external hardware. You can disable push notifications in iOS Settings.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the App's environment, but the security of your device and the safekeeping of your recovery phrase is ultimately your responsibility. Please ensure your device is secure and your recovery phrase is backed up offline.

7. Your Choices

You can contact support to request deletion of partner or developer account data. Core self-custody wallet data can be removed locally by deleting wallets or uninstalling the app, but on-chain records cannot be deleted by CashifyWallet.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
